Medical Social Worker
Location: Sitka, AK

About the Position

Our client is seeking an experienced Case Management for a Unknown shift position in Sitka, Alaska. This Registered Nurse role is based in the Care Manager and requires a minimum of 2 years of recent Case Management experience.

Position Requirements

  • Active Alaska license and/or Compact license
  • Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or Specialty Certifications
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Registered Nurse – Case Management experience
  • 2 current clinical references

Documentation Requirements

  • Current resume
  • Physical exam (within 12 months)
  • TB skin test (within 12 months)
  • Titers - MMR/Hep B/Varicella
  • Respiratory Fit Test (within 12 months)
  • Current Tdap and Flu vaccinations
  • Ability to pass background check and urine drug screening
