About the Opportunity

TOPS Staffing is partnering with a well-established union manufacturer to hire directly into their team. This is a direct placement from day one—no temp period—with access to full benefits and a clear path to advance. Even better, starting pay was recently increased.

Compensation & Schedule

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts (paid lunch included)
• Daylight: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM | $18.85/hour
• Afternoon: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM | $19.35/hour
• Night: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM | $19.10/hour

What a Typical Shift Looks Like

You’ll rotate between loading materials into machines, monitoring output, and checking parts. If a minor jam happens, you clear it safely and keep the line humming. Defect spotted? You pull it and keep standards high. Finished products get packed, palletized, and staged so trucks roll out on schedule. Throughout your shift, you’ll collaborate with teammates who have your back and share the goal of smooth, safe production.

Your Responsibilities

• Keep production lines operating efficiently
• Load materials, monitor machines, and track output
• Perform basic quality checks and remove defective items
• Clear minor jams and communicate issues promptly
• Pack, palletize, and prepare goods for shipment
