Inbound And Outbound Sales Representatives (Work At Home)

Qualifications:

• Must have 2-5 years of sales experience in soft offer sales (inbound or outbound).
• Preferably with experience in a high-volume call center environment.
• Has strong communication and active listening skills, and the ability to handle objections confidently and close sales.
• Has computer proficiency and ability to navigate CRM/dialer tools.
• Close attention to detail with accurate note-taking and documentation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales (IB)

• Answer inbound sales calls promptly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate products or services.
• Follow approved call scripts while maintaining natural, conversational communication.
• Educate callers on product benefits, features, and pricing.
• Overcome objections using approved strategies and rebuttals.
• Convert incoming leads into sales while meeting or exceeding close-rate targets.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM or dialer system.
• Provide excellent customer experience and represent the company brand appropriately.

Outbound Managed Services (OB)

• Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to promote managed services.
• Conduct needs assessments and determine opportunities for upgrades, add-ons, or cross-sells.
• Work assigned call lists efficiently, following all compliance and dialing guidelines.
• Maintain daily/weekly call quotas, including dial attempts, talk time, and conversions.
• Utilize consultative selling techniques to explain value and build interest.
• Schedule follow-up appointments when necessary.
• Report any list issues, bad numbers, or call trends to leadership.
