After roughly 50% month-over-month revenue growth, the team has scaled to around 70 people and is on track to more than double by year end. The culture is fast, feedback-rich, low on bureaucracy, and fully in-person.
Our partner is hiring an Event Marketing Manager to own the entire events motion, from quarterly strategy through flawless on-site execution. This is not a coordination role. You will design roundtables, hosted dinners, and field programs aimed at large, traditional enterprise buyers, and you will be on the ground making them memorable. You will operate as both the strategist and the executor on a lean team, where your point of view directly shapes how the brand shows up in the market.
